Lanyi Group is a typical traditional producing company, so its no wonder that the key problem in administration is production. At present, our company is faced with a widely changed commercial environment, fast changing demands of clients, continuously.accelerated technical innovation, and consecutively shortened lifecycle of products. It becomes obvious especially in varieties of problems in producing administration: For the first problem, in the process of producing carpet, there are many complicated technical procedures. Any mistake will cause a piece of product of the foreign trading goods to overstock at a certain procedure, which will lead to a severe result. For the second, excessive long piles of semi finished product will directly result in an increasing cost, and in the contrary, excessive short piles will lead to a decreasing quality, directly influence sales, and damage the benefit of consumers. For the third, thats due to a problem of individual quality. In the daily production and arrangement, certain arranging personnel is sometimes jobbery, which causes complaints heard everywhere. And the subject is that information communication and system integration cannot be realized without support of producing system, so exploiting the production and administration system is imperative under this situation. After exploiting the production and administration system and realizing a complete conformity with other concerning modules, we adopt the wholly single pursuing administration mode, link electronic balance with computer to weigh automatically the semi finished products, set up producing central database, which is to realize automatically arranging the production, checking staff salary, so as to thoroughly change the former coarse administration mode, and realize separate cost calculating according to the products, rapidly and exactly provide the leaders with cost information and cost analysis. In addition, with various producing projects of fit and extrapolate in softwares, we can link with the supply administration system, and automatically build packing list of raw materials and accessories, which can efficiently decrease stock of raw materials, lessen the tying up of the capital, and find the factors influencing cost by comparing the actual cost with planned cost, so as to take efficient action and achieve the target of decreasing cost. At present, our group has cooperated with UFSOFT Heilongjiang Branch. We are engaged in the above-mentioned project and plan to finish it by the end of 2004.
